🔧 Crisp Plugin Diagnostic

Use this page to test your Crisp plugin configuration and troubleshoot issues.

Make sure you're testing with a real website_id and session_id from an active Crisp conversation.

To get these values:

  1. Go to your Crisp dashboard at app.crisp.chat
  2. Select your website
  3. Open an active chat conversation
  4. Easy method: Copy the full URL from your browser and paste it in the Website ID field - the tool will extract both IDs automatically!
  5. Manual method: Extract the website_id and session_id from the URL manually
